REFUND AND CANCELATION
At TNUC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully curated to meet our high standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for size or manufacturing defects.
No refunds will be provided once the order is placed and paid for.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
Requests for exchange must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchange or return for:
Sale / Discounted / Offer items
Customized or Made-to-Order pieces
Accessories and Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
Please contact us at 📧 contact@tnuc.in.
Include:
Your Order Number
Reason for exchange
Unboxing video/photos (if reporting a defect)
Once approved:
Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost.
We will dispatch the new piece after receiving and quality-checking the returned item.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
For prepaid orders canceled within the allowed time, the amount will be issued as store credit only.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please share an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Store Credit
Store credit issued (if any) is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Store credits cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
