At TNUC, every order is carefully packed and prepared for a safe journey from our studio to you. We ship across India and internationally to selected destinations worldwide.
1. Order Processing :-

  • All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Made-to-order, customized, or limited-edition pieces may require additional processing time. If your order requires more time, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2. Domestic Shipping — India :-

We offer shipping across India.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. International Shipping :-

TNUC ships internationally to a wide range of destinations worldwide.

  • Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, and other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

4. International Duties & Taxes :-

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless specifically stated at checkout.

  • TNUC does not control the customs policies of individual countries and cannot predict the exact amount of duties or taxes that may be charged.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their country.

5. Shipping Charges :-

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping service selected

  • International shipping requirements

The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, TNUC may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

6. Tracking Your Order :-

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

  • You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through the relevant courier service.

7. Delivery Address :-

  • Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address and postal/ZIP code are accurate and complete before placing your order.

  • TNUC cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries :-
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier disruptions
  • Strikes or transportation delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
If a shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the courier to assist you.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages :-
  • We take care to package every order securely before dispatch.
  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and its contents before opening or immediately after opening and contact us as soon as possible.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the shipment with the courier.
10. Customs Delays & Returned Shipments :-

International shipments may be held by customs for inspection or clearance. Such delays are outside TNUC’s control.

If an international shipment is returned to us because the customer:

  • Refuses delivery

  • Does not pay applicable customs duties or taxes

  • Provides an incorrect address

  • Fails to collect the package

any additional return or re-shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer, where applicable.

11. Multiple Items in One Order :-

  • Where possible, items from the same order will be shipped together.

  • If products have different processing times, TNUC may ship them separately. In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number.
